Rudn Enclave NOC:
It is one of the most frequently asked Rudn Enclave concern since without Rudn Enclave NOC, investors are less likely to invest in schemes. However, it is crucial to keep in mind that there more than 12 Rudn Enclave NOCs and permits required for housing projects such as WAS, Climate, Energy, Gas, etc. The approval process takes an enormous amount of work and energy. As Rudn Enclave is a brand new housing development, it could take some time or even a few months to wait for it to be approved by the Rawalpindi Development Authority to get the final approval for the project. The company has successfully completed all formalities and has submitted RDA land documents as well as there is promising news concerning Rudn Enclave’s NOC RDA.
In the new amendments brought forth on June 20, 2020, by the present government, all development authorities, i.e. except for legitimate reason for delay or denial, RDA, CDA, LDA, FDA, etc. are the ones responsible for granting NOCs to a new housing development within 60 days of submitting. Rudn Enclave’s NOC is in the process of being issued. At present they do not have a formal NOC however they have asked for acceptance from RDA. It is possible that soon , it will be issued.
